I found Flannery's Handymen on Google after searching for someone to help me move something large and heavy. They were easy to schedule an appointment with and were very accommodating onsite. The weather was terrible the day of the job, but they were prompt, courteous, and hardworking, and they did the job well. I would highly recommend them!

Terrible customer service skills. I had one individual, a female, who was helpful one time. After that, things were handled by Rory. Thought I would be taken care of with my request and well, that never happened. To this day, there has been no communication at all since my initial inquiry. Amazed at the lack of service and communication for something so simple.

Yesterday, the three-person Flannery's Handymen crew did a terrific job emptying a house of trash and some furniture. They were professional, personable and efficient! What a relief to see everything gone so quickly! Plus, the good furniture will find new homes -- Flannery's will store it and then donate it to people in need. This is the second time we've hired Flannery's and we very highly recommend them. They are a local, independently owned business providing excellent service to the community! Shannon in the office was very helpful each time I called with questions, and our thanks go to Justin, Eddie and Shayne for their excellent work! Great team work, everyone!

I hired FH to dispose of furniture items from my office and residence and move some items from my office to my home. Unfortunately, there was torrential rain the day of the move but the FH crew never missed a beat despite the downpour. Total professionals, very careful with all items and done with smiles on their faces. And the cost of services was very reasonable. I had previously used 800 Junk and the cost was prohibitive, so I shopped prices and could not be more pleased with FH. I highly recommend their services.

Flannerys swapped 2 gas grills between 2 homes for me this morning. Easy to schedule. Crew showed up promptly, professional, worked safe, polite, and friendly. I will certainly use again.

Incredibly happy with the service we received from Flannery's! We needed a deteriorating addition to our garage demo'd and I'm so glad we reached out to Flannery's. Rory was super responsive and helpful - he immediately contacted me back and came to see the job and give us a quote that day, then had 2 people come out to do the demo the very next day. The 2 people who showed up were prompt, courteous and professional, and had the work done in record time. When they left, the site was cleaner than they found it. Additionally, paying the invoice was a breeze and the job was very fairly priced. I am so impressed and appreciative all around, and can't recommend Flannery's enough for any demolition and removal work one may need.

Excellent moving experience. On-time, professional, clean and courteous. They had their crew package and mark all boxes with insulation-protection for my fragile items. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Flannery’s Handymen are amazing. They saved my life! They cleaned out the family home of a hoarder, which was too much for us to do. They have been a pleasure to deal with, and the job they did cleaning out a disaster of a house is nothing short of miraculous. I highly recommend them!

Shannan was very rude and dismissive to me on the phone.. which is unfortunate. I called Friday around 5pm Monday around 5pm and today 3 times at 920 am, thinking they were flooded with calls cause no one was answering.. I left a message. When she finally answered she said I was calling before hrs and after hrs yet I was going by the google hours listed. She was still dismissive and said I can call another company.. that she doesn’t appreciate me calling constantly and leaving voicemails saying no one has gotten back to me. I apologized and said I didn’t know they were not open..and that I was not trying to be difficult. Her response was “ you should know we will call you back stop calling , I’ll call you back. I asked what the business hrs are. She said 9am…….???? Your company has been my go to for over 4 years now and never have I experienced this and to tell me to go to another company? Despite this unpleasant response I still remained friendly.. Shannan never called me back.. not sure if she was having a bad day. But her tone and disrespectful nature was uncalled for. hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for reflection and improvement in the delivery of customer service and that the owner sees this so someone can call me back. Wonderful to work with, easy to schedule, always show up when they say they will, professional and courteous, Flannery's is my go-to company for clean-outs and for local moves. They show up when they say they will, (often early), they are professional, courteous, making the whole process stress free. I have used this company personally and have recommended them to my clients who have been more than happy, raving about how organized, frequently getting the job done in less time that was estimated. They are a five-star operation.
