Customer service was okay, they repaired the damage to my back door looks like new. What i deeply disliked was that they caused issues within my car that had nothing to do with what they were repairing and my vehicle is quite new, being that its year 2023. The passenger door would not unlock and when i brought it back they attempted to pull the handle four times for it to open and looked at me stating they see nothing wrong when it should have opened as soon as it was unlocked. Further more after that time my car kept shutting down, needing a boost to restart after every shut off. it turns out they may have replaced my battery with a messed up battery or left my car running the whole FOUR WEEKS it was in the shop. The battery was completely dead and i had to pay for a replacement, i barely had the car and barely drove it, it being only at 4000miles. So i’ll only give it two stars but never will i come back or recommend it to anyone.

Took my car there as it was recommended by the insurance. When I picked the car up my sunglasses that were on the dashboard and my sleeping bag that was in the backseat were missing. I called within 5 minutes of getting the car from the shop (always have sunglasses on while driving) and the answer was the manager himself cleaned the car and these items were not in the car. My car was there for eight weeks, they did have trouble finding the parts to fix it but no communication at all. I had to go there to find out what was up with my car three times. When I picked up my car there was stains on my back seat from epoxy. And there was taped marks on the top of my hatch that were never painted. I had to pay out of pocket for close to rent a car myself after my insurance paid only one month costing me over three hundred dollars. They were recommended by my insurance company that's the only reason I went there. I plan to go back to have the work finished after I get back from vacation. I left the day after it was done. I can't give a good review after what happened.

I had to use this shop because it was listed through my car insurance to go to have an adjuster look at it. My front bumper was completely off and he told me it was drivable. Umm I don’t think so. Had to call my car insurance so I could drive a rental to feel safer. I have called this shop many times and maybe once in the last week they answered the phone. The only positive thing about this place is the lady I dealt with that did the receptionist job: the adjuster comes across with an attitude and half listens to you. Also you gotta. Push them to get to things done. My car insurance had to go through someone and someone higher then them because they people weren’t doing their job. I will post a picture to show you what he said was a drivable. Place is a joke.

I did not use insurance, I went to have my door painted and dents removed from the driver-side of my vehicle. My vehicle was damage more. Bud is the biggest crook, the surface person. I was told I could only pay cash, no credit card nor check. This was discrimination at it finest. They took advantage of me, I told them I wanted a new grill, they put a use grill and charged me for a new one. The broke lower part of the bumper, put a hole in my radiator and damage my mirrors when they painted the car. These is a shady business. I would not use them. And they take pride in taking advantage of people. HORRIBLE, DISPICABLE BUSINESS...Services: Painting

They took some stuff out of my trunk and my glove department which there should be no reason for them to be taking stuff out of there.unless it fell out but I highly doubt that.i called them asking for the stuff and they said sir you might’ve lost in your house but it was my car before they started working on itService: Body & Trim
