On 1/23/25 I made an appointment for 9am, when I showed up the Manager or assistant Manager informed me it will be several hours before my car will be looked at for 2 new tires. I informed him I had an appointment for 9am. His reply was we don’t follow that and we keep telling corporate to remove the scheduler. From 9am-10am no cars were moved in or out of the bays and 10:05 ish 2 employees walked in and he berated them in front of me. I have never witnessed employees being yelled & cursed at for being late in front of people. Absolutely terrible management style. I will not use Goodyear again and I am a repeat customer. With other competitors near by I will likely use PepBoys, Town Fair or Sullivan Tires.
As I am leaving you can see this same manager in the 1st office on the right Sleeping and snoring. Great Example to set for your employees.

Horrible service. I scheduled an oil change for 2 pm and indicated when making the appointment that I would wait in the store. I arrive 10 minutes early only to be told that I will have to leave the car and they will *try* to have it ready by 4 or 5 pm. Why make appointments if walk ins come first? I asked the counter person this question and she just shrugged. If you are looking for service, do yourself a favor and pick anywhere else.

The personal of Lynn's MA Goodyear is not professional.
I brought them my car with oil problem, they declared that they can do nothing without general diagnostics for over $200. Result of the diagnostic: it is going to cost $800 to fix what is necessary (i agreed). And roughly over $600 for battery and window wipers which are not perfect(I declined).
After Goodyear produced this round of repairs they announced that they found more, it is going to cost me $2000. The most profound item in the bill was changing spark plug for around $500. (I felt myself forced and agreed).
After Goodyear produced the second round of repairs they said that they could not see somethig before . Now they see it clearly: it is head gasket. It is going to cost me additional $3,500.
From the very beginning I told them about the oil problem but Goodyear just beat around the bush . That is strategy of step by step price inflation. Manager also refused to give me phone number of the owner. Also there is no way to communicate with the owner on the website.
Buyer beware of Lynn's Goodyear.

Paulette was amazing. I watched her work on my car, take care of customers that had arrived, checked customers out when their car was done. Paulette and her team went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed and safe to drive. Once they finished my car, it was like driving a brand-new car !! Thank you!!

2017 Jeep Wrangler 4 door, 81,000 miles. I went there about 2 months ago because there was a reddish color on the left front wheel tire. They called me back, indicating a leak in something. the price was about $600.00. I told them to go ahead with the repair. The young girl in the office called me back 3 times telling me they forgot to charge me for something. The price increased to $850.00. I asked why it kept going up, and she said the mechanic told me I forgot to add something. On the 3td call, I asked to speak to the mechanic. He explained she didn't tell me the correct price 3 times. He then proceeded to tell me that my front tirods were getting loose and some other problem which wood increase the price an additional $3,100.00
I presently have 2 jeeps, have owned 7 of them over the last 40 years, I know how long parts last. Your employee incompetence and mechanic are just trying to up sell me work that I don't need.

told exactly what I had soon as I caught there. The gentleman told me they were not gonna do it. Very rudely laziness is not right customers may not always be right, but at least try!!! don’t lie.

The experience at Goodyear in Lynn, Ma 0n 3/28/24 was excellent. They went above and beyond in being proactive in servicing the car. Would highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at this location. Raffy was very knowledgeable and thorough when servicing my car. He also was able to answer questions about my car and recommend the best service options. My tire installation was quick and the staff was polite. I will definitely be back.

Crooks - refused to rotate tires (purchased there ) because they said there was a nicking one sidewall and it was a liability for them to touch the tires. Wanted me to buy two new tires. Had them rotated elsewhere 15 minutes later with no issues. I had Been going there for years with multiple cars / spent thousands of dollars there and have seen them try this on other customers as well. The upsell tactics they use are basically illegal. Telling you they can't sell two tires and forcing people to buy in pairs. They refused to service my car today !! The place was dead, no one else in the shop. It's a joke. They lost my business today. And oh PAULETTE the employee at the desk is non professional. Very poor customer service. Will be telling everyone to run away from this place. Never again !

Needed to get new air filter for my suv 20 dollars for air filter and 30 dollars to install which takes about 2 minutes to install went to auto zone bought filter for 10 dollars will never go to Goodyear again in Lynn mass
