Don't go to this place,this place is totally is scram,I pay one this car in the cars as a result,this people quite my money everything also the employers are terrible,this people have terrible mood and they can't helper when you need help.

Had my first experience with Uber rental and they didn’t have the correct car size available but were able to swing an upgrade at the same rate for me..totally made our Boston trip so much better! Thanks Julio and Niccholle.

On the market for an EV and decided to rent one for the weekend and had an amazing experience. Nichole went out of her way to take me to the Revere location and get the model I had requested for, she is truly professional and went above and beyond-- from communication, to even cleaning out the car, and making sure I was happy when I returned. I had a TPI sensor error (one of tires low on air) and came back to the Lynn location on the way home and Julio filled out tires for me even while he was busy w/paperwork. I was billed exactly what I reserved for and Nichole told me to drop off car before close due to the inconvenience when I arrived a few days earlier, which really helped since I had a busy day. Really impressed by the customer service, especially by Nichole whom is a very caring individual, I will be renting from this location in the future. I am so impressed by Hertz, I am currently looking at their listings of used EV's to purchase.

I rented an electric car but the car battery is not holding a charge, I went to the store and they said they did not have another car available for replacement. I asked for information about charging station available for use using a card, and the attendant informed me that they did not know how to indicate any charging location. I make a point of leaving my review here not recommending Hertz to anyone looking to rent a car, I would renew the rental for another erro but will look for another rental company.

There are three extremely rude Spaniards, they will treat you with a lack of interest and if you have any problems they will not insist on helping you! I'm going to contact Hertz management to file a complaint, don't rent a car at this place!

Hello everyone one day I was stranded in line because of my car breaking down. I showed up at Hertz car rental in Lynn. The girl that help me out was so patient with me very thorough and explained everything in detail by detail for me I recommend them they gave me a great deal for the rental.

I wish I could give less than 1 star!Bad experience! Please take pictures and be careful! You could get charged unfairly for damages you didn't cause. Never again will I rent a car from Hertz.

Very friendly people, Nichole was amazing, friendly and professional. Love her, she was very helpful. Yaritza was very sweet and friendly same as Julio(Manager) , really cool and great people at this location. Not forgetting the gentleman that helps clean the car at the brach (I dont know his name) he was so nice and had a very lovely personality. Great people at this branch. love their service and I was happy with the car, very clean and worked perfectly fine. I will recommend this branch to anyone. THANK YOU GUYS.

The employees of that place do not know anything about courtesy, they park the vehicles blocking the traffic, they are not worthy of working in a company like Hertz.

This rental experience HERTZ!I recently had a bad car accident that resulted in a total loss. I decided to try Hertz for a change instead of Enterprise (huge mistake - I will never do business with them again). I picked Hertz because it was close to home, despite there being an Enterprise across the street (go there instead!)I walked into this particular Hertz location and there was not a single employee who could rent a car present, just a gentleman who details the cars.I waited about 30 minutes before 3 employees all came back at the same time. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude (there are several reviews calling her out by name on here, read them and thank me later).I was not given any options for a rental car and was given a more expensive rental that was not fully covered by my insurance. I requested a receipt and was never sent it and ended up having to call Hertz corporate to get this information.Whenever I tried calling this Hertz, I was told I would get a call back which I never did, when I called back, someone answered the phone and hung up.In short, I am in the hole several hundred dollars with no explanation or follow up from the local Hertz or their caproate as I was not given any option for a cheaper rental that would have been covered by my insurance. I was verbally told this car would be covered and it was not. I was also charged a $40 "convenience fee" for $7 in tolls.I have called Hertz corporate several times and no manager has followed up, I even left them a poor review and asked for a call back which never happened.I will never do business with Hertz again and nor should you.

This place sounds as bad as the Hertz on Lee Burbank Hwy in Revere. Is Hertz even a corporation anymore or are these just franchises? Both locations sound they are run by unprofessional, rude, incompetent people. I'm glad I read the reviews before booking anything...
