Only 2 employee. Lot of people waiting. It takes 1 hr to get to your turn. They give you old broken cars. Hard to get in touch via phone. Very slow paced work.

Bought a 2022 car from Hertz Car Sales in October and it turned out to be a nightmare. Within months, the transmission, cruise control module, and wiring harness were failing. A 2022 car should NOT have these issues.
I reached out to Hertz repeatedly by phone and email and was completely ignored. No help, no communication, nothing. By August, the car needed major repairs that I had to cover myself.
This dealership sold me a defective car and refused to take any responsibility. Avoid Hertz Car Sales at all costs. My sales person was Julian Perlata

I experienced very rude service from Deliscia (sp?) at the front desk when trying to check out a rental. Chevy came in to save the day with outstanding customer service to save the day.

I've been buying cars for years and this place I went hertz Lynn way mass they welcome me they let me shop I was able to test drive the cars they were in hogging over me they went pressuring me or the questions I had they answered very well I am very pleased I really am I will go there for another vehicle thank you Hertz Good job with the staff and employees you have in that location all around the board 10 plus

Buying a car is normal such a hassle for me, but Hertz car sales made buying a car such a great experience. They are very knowledgeable with the cars, patient and they work fast once you are ready to purchase.

I would 100% recommend Hertz Car Sales at Lynn if someone ask me for a dealer recommendation. This was my first car purchase, and everyone in this branch explained everything very nicely and honestly with details. I would especially like to give a huge thank my dealer associate Jose who helped me throughout the whole process a lot. Jose was very professional, kind and always checked in through the phone call to make sure everything was going smoothly, and responded right away when I had questions. If I have to buy another car in the future, I would revisit 100%.

Buying a car from Hertz car sales was a great experience. Both Julian and Jose were very professional and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured at all and they were great about answering all my questions. Jose contacted my insurance and sent me an email with my registration in a timely manner which made the whole process very easy and efficient. I would definitely recommend buying from Hertz Car Sales. The prices are great and the staff is extremely helpful.
