I been going to Dennis and Kristy for over 10 years not once have I heard them mistreat or be rude to anyone that walk thru their doors. Plenty of blessings for those 2, I have seen rude and not nice people treat them like dirt, expect them to take it.
Keep doing a great job, there are people out there who no matter what you do for them. They will not be happy.

The WORST nail salon I have ever visited! I made an appointment and had to leave a 50 percent cash deposit to come back in 2 hours. When I did, they were out of the 5 neutral colors. They only have about 40 polishes total! She then said, "well if you don't find a color you like, you can go somewhere else. We have other appointments." I had been in the door less than 5 minutes. Of course I left, as did the only client in the place on a Saturday afternoon. No clients ...That says something about the business on the Saturday before Easter. She later responded saying they don't take deposit- pull the camera feed of your husband talking 10 dollar cash deposit at 1pm and handing me a $10 bill when I waa forced to leave. I'm calling the Board of Cosmetology on you BECAUSE YOU AND I BOTH KNOW YOU DID. I DON'T LIE. In fact, I'll have the spot across the street pull the license plate of the client who left when I did and witnessed the entire thing. You shouldn't mess with people- especially the ones who know the rules. The BOC will investigate

I called both Saturday & today to make an appointment for this upcoming week after being told on Saturday to call Monday to verify the availability for this week which didn’t make sense onto why she couldn’t just make my appointment for today. I called this morning to ask about tomorrow or sometime this week & let her know SHE told me to call back today & she proceeded to tell me”No i didn’t goodbye”. Very unprofessional & rude for someone who owns a business.Service: Nail extensions

Horrible customer service I did make an appointment for 1 o’clock. I had an emergency at work I called to let them know I won’t be able to make it. My phone call was ignored six times. To then receive a call the next day her bashing me because I didn’t call to cancel my appointment. I tried to explain to her that I did call and she proceeded to continue to bash me and then hangs up on me. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
