The worst service of all, from the top down, no one is there to help which is appalling, especially with a lease. I have been lied to by your service personnel and worse of all the manager and when pressed for more answers or solutions that same manager just says let me call you back and never does. I had to take my car to another Honda location which confirmed that my part for my leased car was UNDER WARRANTY and it was Honda's responsibility to complete repairs. This is the latest example of the deplorable customer service I have experienced from Kelly Honda in Lynn. This is on top of the bad attitude from staff, being charged more than what was quoted and communicated, and being charged for services that were covered under the plan when buying a car. My recommendation to anyone is DO NOT BUY OR LEASE a car from Kelly Honda they will sell you a dream that is all they care about.

Ruth and Morgan were great! Ruth helped me make an appointment on 11/8/23 (offered to place me on cancellation list given the urgency) and after hanging up she found one the next day 11/2/23. I appreciated that! Morgan Honda associate kept me informed and responded back to me efficiently with questions I had regarding my car. Thank you to all involved and mechanics as my car is back to driving smoothly! Excellent all around service. Thank you!

NO THEY DO NOT MAKE IT EASY!!! All they want is your money!! My mechanic notified me that I needed new rear breaks but my mechanic was going to be unavailable to do the labor due to travel. When I called Honda in Lynn, they wouldn't give me a quote for labor. Instead they insisted I need a diagnostic test. That test will cost me probably close to $200 plus the cost of break pads parts and labor. I regret buying my car from them. Based off these other reviews I Think I will call a diff Honda and have better luck

Excellent. Made appointment but arrived early and was taken early. Offered a shuttle ride service but i declined. The serviceman was informative and accommodating. Even checked my tire pressure and reset the warning system. Will definitely return for routine maintenance.

I recommend Kelly Honda Lynnway, Lynn, Ma to everyone who is in the market for a new car. It's a great place to buy your Honda. Maintenance service is also good, but you don't need much of it, since these cars are reliable. My 2023 Passport needed a cable replacement due to a recall campaign. Frankly, I didn't notice any issues before or after the replacement. They also offer free oil changes for new cars.

Brought car in for oil change, front and rear wiper blades and a multi point inspection.Could not be worse.....No front blades/inserts....quoted $161.88 to replace? Are they serious? I took the part numbers from quote, they sell for 1/2 at other Honda Dealerships. I get a small markup but 100%, thats just wrong.The quoted to replace cabin filter, what a joke, $75. They clearly did not look at it as it was replaced 2 weeks prior for $15 by me.They failed to recognize leaking tranny fluid, not sure how thats possible.They failed to recognize the front right caliper is frozen as well as the right rear that was sticking. The breaks were not fine, yet they did not find anything wrong with them.I have zero trust in their repair services as this was also not the first time they did an incomplete and poor job.This is a place where you take your chances, just be warned, they will upsell you service, overcharge for parts and recommend services that are not required.I would find a different Honda dealership or a good trusted independent.

Excellent service! Comprehensive explanation of work need on car. Fast and efficient. Fair and no manipulation. Of course more expensive but Honda mechanics know the current Honda better than most mechanics due to electric complexities. Also vaccines and surface cleaned seats a bit which was wonderful unexpected surprise when picking up vehicle. Definitely recommend Honda Lynn.

I recently bought a car from Kelly Honda, in Lynn, MA. I was warmly greeted when I walked in. I told the young man I wanted to look at a Passport. But not brand new. He brought me to a desk and said he would be right back and he was. He took me out to a 2021 Honda Passport with 31K miles. I drove it, loved it, and bought it. Cody was pleasant and professional throughout the process and with his assistance I completed the deal. All in.all a pleasant.experience. I highly recommend Kelly Honda!

I brought my car in 30 minutes before my scheduled oil change appointment. They were able to take me right away. Jeff the manager walked me through the entire process and checked in on me via text if I needed anything while I waited for my car. The whole thing took less than an hour. Would highly recommend Kelly Honda on the Lynnway!

Made an appointment to get oil change, once I sat in the waiting room I waited a litter over an hour before they said my car was ready. Usually I go to Valvoline and notice the difference in how much better my car sounds and feels after an oil change. At Kelly Honda on the Lynnway, Lynn, when they were done with the oils change it sounded and felt exactly like when I brought it in. Honestly I'm not even sure if they did anything other than move my front seats, I will have to check the oil cleanliness and level. The staff was nice the whole time though, so that is why I give it 2 stars.

Went to Kelly Honda looking for a car. I dealt with sales consultant Alexis Pimentel who was awesome throughout the process. He never seemed to be hassling me and was very helpful. Due to the time it took to complete the purchase I was unable to get the car inspected the same day. When going through the scheduling process through the service center, the next available date for the car to be serviced was beyond the 7 days required to complete the registration process. I went and spoke with Alexis and he was able to get me fit right in and serviced before I went to work the next day. Awesome customer service and No hassle process by him. Thanks for the assistance and I definitely recommend Kelly Honda. No disrespect to the rest of the team as I'm sure they are awesome as well but Alexis did a great job. Thanks again.
