After waiting 20 hours for AAA to respond to my service call, I called Mass Towing. A truck was dispatched immediately, and my vehicle was safely at the repair shop 30 minutes after the call! Terry, the driver, was courteous and exceptionally well skilled in operating his rig!

My car died on Route 3 north, I'm not familiar with the area and called the first place Google recommended. Luxury Towing was disbatched to help me out, who arrived promptly and the man (sorry I forgot your name!) was very helpful and friendly. He loaded up my car and delivered it to my mechanic in NH. The cost seemed reasonable for about an hours tow. I would highly recommend using this company!

30 FRANKLIN ST LYNN MA 01902 you guys never show up at least ones a week or come here to cheak the cars in the parking without stickers for people dont evan live here everynight i have to park in the street when i have my parking im paying rent for im going to call the land lord and tell him about whats going on if you guys dont do your part

I just called Mass Towing to see if they could help me, and wow... I just talked to the rudest least helpful person in the world. If you're having car trouble and you need help the last thing you want is someone who doesn't give a crap about you like Mass Towing. To start, the person answered the phone just saying "Hello" with no introduction, no ask for "how can I help you"... mind you I am calling at NOON, so I certainly did not wake someone up in the middle of the night. They asked where the car is located. I told them where and they said OK. Then they asked what kind of car it was, and after telling them what kind of car I had they then decided that my car was too far and they deemed me not worth their time, telling me to call someone else. Cool. thanks for the help Mass Towing.

I needed to junk my car and emailed Mass Towing for a quote to purchase the vehicle for parts. They provided the highest offer for the car and paid cash with no issues. The flatbed driver called to confirm the pickup, arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He had the car on the flatbed, tied down and was on his way in 15 minutes. Caitlin scheduled the pick-up, she is very detailed oriented as well and promptly answered all my questions.

These people (staff) are really rude. Besides they are making lot of money towing cars. They don't have common sense have to treat people. It is insane how much this business charge for a car $$$. Also, they don't follow guidelines for COVID19. None of them were wearing a face mask. And the office has limited space with a lot of people around... Unbelievable!

Mass Towing completely split my front bumper in half then denied any wrong doing. Absolutely unprofessional and rude on top of that.
