I had a great experience after having a hirb ile night are expensive with the metro PCs in Salem on Washington Street that metro I suggest nobody EVER goes to even if your having a EMERGENCY don't go there ! But this metro was amazing they were very kind to me after I was having a very bad day due to metro in Salem..... A man from this metro named Angel and a women helped me that day they went above and beyond 4 me I'm very grateful for all they did . Thank you 🙏

The worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. I requested an internet service that the store salesperson could not activate, he gave it to me so that I could activate it at home, he gave me a used device, without a manual, that did not work. I went to return the device and the store salesperson treated me extremely badly, it's incredible the bad treatment they can give you in a place where you are BUYING, BUYING. Not begging!!!

Customer service was HORRIBLE !!! Employee on their phone not even on the floor helping customer I had asked for help and instead I got back a “ you can wait “ when she was doing nothing but talking on the phone , so I left the store .!

When you buy a phone (if its a lemon) it should not be final sale esp when the receipt says you have 14 days to return it. The i pnone I bought was a terrible lemon. It was red hot the very first time I charged itamoungst a whole host of other things, so I dont want another one , I want to be able to choose a different one but I couldnt. Also , I realize its Lynn, but come on, only 3out of 20 phones were plugged in so you can see how the screen works. How in heck can you choose a phone which you cant even try? I should have just gone somewhere else from the start. The workers were friendly but thats all I can say.

All employees always provide full service programming the phones. Never have a problem when I come to buy phone for family and friends visiting from out of the country.

Great customer service. I have no complaints about the store. The lady helped me upgrade a new phone. She gave me discounts. Another man who works there was super nice and very helpful; he too gave me discounts. The only problem is the barbershop on the other side, the men are perverts and make you feel uncomfortable. And sometimes there is a long wait. But you have to understand that there are only 2 computers for the workers and that new customers come in every day and so the sign up and activation process may take time. However, that doesn't take away the quality of the customer that they provide. To eaxh customer they are very polite and helpful no matter how much time you spend there.
