They are the worst, they sold my brother a defect phone that never worked. He wasn’t able to place a call or do anything on the phone. The phone shut down. Went back the next day the Saturday. The lady was very rude. told my brother he wouldn’t get a phone until Tuesday. My brother explained it was the phone he used for work. It is now Tuesday late evening and he still haven’t receive his phone. Their customer service is very bad, I personally will never shop their again. They don’t value customers.

the saleswoman very lazy and unwilling to answer, was rude and when I asked for my receipt she says she didn’t have paper to print, and also the machine that prints the receipts were in the basement that she wasn’t willing to pick up

Don't buy your sim card here, they charge $ 20. Go to Metro pcs official store at 415 Lynnway, Lynn. The same sim card costs $ 10.
