This is the only store I will go to from now on! Both employees couldn't have been any better! I mean they went above and beyond for us, and I have 1,000 questions!!! I had another question the next day and I got the same welcoming greeting, the other employee remembered us and was great! I would give them 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s if I could!!!

The customer service is okay but if you had to call the store you'll get that fax machine they need to fix that so you have to go in personally and that's not good business etiquette

Person working there closes store at random times without notice. Either that or he's out front smoking. Most unprofessional NetroPCS I've ever seen.

Worst place ever! They dont care about the customer, all they care about is money for the dealer. Over price everything. They are too pushy. Reminds me of the mall kiosk that you could never walk by.

The customer service was great. The rep Danny is very patient and kind. Help me find the right phone for me and car charger. The girls are also great.
