Milan Service is highly qualified. My car required a mini wrecker to be removed from my garage, and they stayed in contact with me for over four hours while working to find the right truck to take my car to the mechanic.
All the staff were kind, helpful, and friendly.

Great service - I was referred to Milan by Volvo Roadside Assistance. Couldn't be happier - driver arrived when promised, very professional and courteous. He got my car (dead battery, all electronic shift) safely onto the ramp truck, checked he had the key and verified where car was going. Would definitely use again.

After the first company ran into complications (it happens) and had to cancel, Milan came through! 10/10 experience start to finish. I was called to confirm and the woman who I spoke with was a sweetheart! I was a bit stressed because my new car was leaking gas! I also received a text to let me know they were on the way and was updated the whole time. I’m sorry I can’t recall the name of the gentleman who came to tow my car but he was absolutely awesome. He was very professional and took very good care of my baby! Volvo service is amazing and Milan’s service was absolutely the same. I’m proud to own a car with incredible safety and service that is nothing less than exceptional. Thank you again for everything.

Laughably bad client service, insane how rude the person on the phone was as they claim to be professional in another review, IN ADDITION to damaging the car. Please learn to interact with customers or hire someone that can. Very glad I kept proof and records.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is hands down the WORST towing company I’ve ever dealt with. After my car was towed, I tried calling them to find out where it was, they HUNG UP on me multiple times! No information, no explanation—just complete rudeness and zero customer service. It’s like they’re trying to hide something!
After finally getting someone on the line, they refused to tell me where my car was. Seriously? How is that even legal? The whole operation feels shady, like they’re holding my car hostage or something. It’s beyond frustrating, and I have no idea what’s going on.
I wouldn’t trust this company to tow a tricycle, let alone your car. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away. This company is a joke.

SCAMMER BEWARE! they used my credit card after I left the lot I was charged 100$ for “tiktok credits refill” on my card not sure what this is but I think this place is a scam !

Do not trust this place with your towing needs- some girl named Roxy I think her name was ; was so mean over the phone , she charged me for 100 miles without telling me when I only was 20 miles away from where I needed to be.. they charged my credit card AFTER!! Then… when they dropped my car off- my tire was so damaged I couldn’t get it fixed, and they said it wasn’t their fault.
