This CPA business have conducted themselves with unethically behavior and deceitfully business practices. There was a deposition involving David and Mai in 2025. It has been drawn to my attention that they have outright lied on many years of tax returns and refuse to accept accountability. I will not be singing anything regarding the preparations of any tax returns filed by their office as being accurate, ethical, or correct to my knowledge. They have questionable business practices that have claimed many deductions and expenses regarding personal and business tax returns. Many of these expenses never existed regarding vehicles and their weight restrictions or something as bizarre as the ownership of a panic room. These false claims were never owned by their client/my newly ex husband or myself and various other deductions and expenses that again, never existed during our marriage. I was not made aware of this until I started the divorce process and when my legal counsel saw official tax returns filed by their office. I have never met David Miller or Mai Nguyen in my entire life, yet somehow, they were able to file tax returns spanning over the course of 15 years on my behalf and on my children’s behalf without my signature. How many other clients are they doing this for?

My second time for my sister and I using this firm and Liam for tax preparation, and again the level of customer service and responsiveness was outstanding. So glad I found them. My emailed questions get quickly answered, and the whole process goes so easily, and in a friendly way. Definitely feel like they value our business.
One of my best decisions, tax-wise, was going with Dave Miller, CPA. Much appreciated for their help.

I was recommended to DPM CPA by a friend. I was skeptical because taxes over the years have been challenging and its hard to trust people, but ERIONA was amazing. She was so helpful and also took her time to explain things, it was not rushed and she was patient. This is extremely appreciated especially when some of us don't always understand the way taxes work and how our returns are impacted. Eriona 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been working with Dave the past 4 years and he has been an amazing help. He’s organized, thorough, and quick to respond with any questions I have or to make recommendations. Long before the Internet and yelp, there was something priceless and wondrous called "word of mouth". Go prepared or clueless and David will help you make sense of the myriad tax laws you must follow to keep out of jail and in the black. He's done it for me for about 15 years now, no complaints. I need to be better prepared, but his jovial nature makes the burdensome task go by fast. I like going to people who balance friendliness and professional knowledge, who like doing what they are doing. Is he cheap? Nope, he's a CPA. A financial planner of sorts, and has a cool network of people if your ever looking for a particular person in another field.
