“I was told by 2 other local mechanics that I needed over $1k of work on my Mini Cooper. Mini wanted $275 just to diagnose the problem. A friend told me to go see Jason at Paradise Auto Service. At first Jason gave me the name of someone in Marblehead who works on BMW's & Minis and while I was still in his lot calling them, he came over to my car and asked me to pull it in because he thought he knew what it might be. It was exactly what he thought it was. He ordered the part & put it in the following day. I’ve sent several people to them since. All were equally happy. This was a year ago & I don’t remember the exact amount I paid but I know the part, including labor was less than $100. ?”

“Very kind and enjoyed staying in my car the whole time. The whole process took about an hour but thats what I get for going at 12:30. They have free wifi. Synthetic oil change was around 100$ but they have coupon for 15$ off on their website. Still on the high end of things. I get it cheaper at the dealership”

They take very good care of my car, before any services are performed, the employee asked me and tell me the price, I never feel pressured to get the service done. Service is done efficiently, I can see the employees while they are working on my car plus my car is returned to me cleaner vacuumed, clean windows. Great service.”
“I took my car to this shop because my ABS and traction control lights were on - they took a look at it and noticed that my front left strut had broken as well. They physically showed me everything that needed repairs, we set up an appointment, and they fixed everything in one day. They even replaced a bulb that was out and didn't charge for labor. I talked to Will and Miguel and they were both awesome.”

The service was fantastic. The staff working on my car were efficient, and I was finished in under 10 minutes. Plus, they didn't push me to get a tire rotation since my wheels were still relatively new. Definitely a 10-star experience!”

one of my recent visits my oil drain plug was leaking on my suv. without mentioning they changed it to a newer better one and left it on the notes (no charge). most places wouldve put my old one in and let me find it out the hard way and leaking but they went above and beyond and things like that mean a lot. i appreciate their team and their work.”
