Just went there with my boyfriend and his father. The man who serviced us had a terrible attitude. He said, “ why are you making me waste my time if the engine light or whatever isn’t on.” He said other things. He was annoyed, but it doesn’t matter. His tone and demeanor was completely inappropriate..we didn’t know, or i didn’t and made a mistake. terrible tone & attitude. I’d say it to his face no problem but didn’t have time. His boss should deff have a talk with him about how to appropriately talk with customers……He looked like a white a bigger dude…

Soon after I walked in, I had a friendly employee walk up to offer "assistance " in finding what I needed to get. That is quite refreshing from just hearing a non interested, bored, apathetic person shouting "can I help you" from behind a counter. As a matter of fact he took me right to the item I needed.

Got in touch with a live agent super friendly and easily explained the situation, but ol dude on the phone over there in Lynn had no idea he could even cancel an order and when I explain customer service said they are able to he wants to say oh alright well I know we can’t cancel online orders because it hasn’t worked before here let’s see if I can get someone who knows more then me.. well moments later you found that cancel button didn’t ya bud and ya manager had to give you the pin to allow cancellation. Another company I’ll not buy parts from anymore.
