I had a unit here for 20 years that I never visited due to living abroad all these years. Today I showed up and the store manager Victor was able to help me with a ton of stuff I needed to do. Price increase without notice/explanation in advance, after my 7 years history the rent/insurance is very significant. Scheduled to vacate by end of month, but at 29th my access was denied. They closed my account ahead of schedule. Every thing else are excellent.
