Stores so butt, everytime I come here they are NEVER open in time. It’s 10:31 right now and the door is still locked, there is also no sign on the door indicating whether the stores is closed or not. This is extremely unprofessional. You also call the store and no one picks up. I’ve been sitting here since 9:40. There’s no one inside and this is last time I’ll be coming to this location. They might as well just shut it down.

It's a fast fashion store. Quality of the clothes are hit or miss. You'll get what you paid for. Con: store is too packed which makes it hard to find anything. Pros: lots of cool pieces. New items weekly. Staff is nice. Tips: hand-wash my clothes and hang them to dry which makes them last longer.

On January 2nd I went to the store to buy something and the lady who had a white sweater and red hair called me a thief and I was just asking the price since I had two different prices, I wasn't worried either

I don't know where to start this is worst store been to don't even deserve 1 star Ive been shop here year as soon but Spanish people store nobody English or pretend understand I try return my clothes which has reciept and tags where on clothes they say can't take return so I call other rainbows front face still do it I think take people out new people alot issues store so I report store corporate hopefully do something this very sad think something fit u can return clothes next thing u know city hall be call for these people very upset I never shop here again most definitely tell people don't waste money here go some where eles people don't care

Closed doors at 8:48 when they close at 9 I told the girl at the counter I was coming back because my phone died and I was using Apple Pay. There was another lady knocking on the door to get their attention because she was also buying. Very inconvenient and unprofessional .
