What a treat this shop is! First time shopper. They recognized I was a crone on a mission and gave me immediate direction to the goods I was looking for. And my visit was topped off by the lovely woman at the register getting my new right. That nearly never happens! Thanks guys, I'll be back!

This store is not a store-It’s an EXPERIENCE! It is so beautiful it instantly makes you feel calm and happy! There are so many wonderful things to look at and to experience. I bought Christmas decorations, hair perfumes, a car air freshener, cozy mittens and a sparkling crystal polar bear! It’s a feast for the senses as they say. I was assisted by a very knowledgeable staff member who took the time to answer my questions and give me ideas for the perfect gift. They even gifted me a pretty little crystal with my purchase! It was a great day in Lynn with my daughter and this was the highlight. I will definitely be going back. I checked out their online store as well and their shipping time is amazing! I definitely recommend!

Ravenstone is truly a magical place and I don't say that lightly. Eric and Kathleen have made it such a peaceful and safe environment. Ever since the first time we came to their store (first in 2023), they have always remembered mine, and my husband's, names. These are genuine people selling genuine products. One conversation with any of the employees at Ravenstone will tell you just that too. Even more so, I've left Salem and their commercial shops to go to Ravenstone for something real. I will always promote them time and time again!

This shop is such a special experience. From the thoughtfully curated and gorgeously arranged crystals and books and jewelry and bobbles, to the warm and knowledgable staff, a visit to this space is simply a lovely experience. Ravenstone reminds you of how magical an in-person shopping experience can be.

This is my favorite store in the whole state. I do not live nearby, but if I did, I would be here weekly. The staff is unbelievably helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a fantastic selection of gifts for anybody! Plenty of fun, unexpected finds for you to treat yourself as well. 10/10

From Kathleen's intricate detailed gorgeous jewelry, to the care Eric puts into selecting each stone, ethically, and naming, and so many other wonderful items to return for, Ravenstone is pilgrimage worthy. Thank you as well for the warm welcome, often times remembering what stone I last took home. Cannot recommend this shop enough. 💜
