Sally Beauty is a unique store with excellent customer service and atmosphere and vibes. The staff is amazing and recommend the store. Staff are sooo nice and helpful. When customers want to dye hair for the first time, they talk about steps and recommend products. The associate shared knowledge but didn't pressure to purchase. Customers felt important upon entering. Unfortunately customers had to return one of the items that customers bought but it did not diminish the experience in the slightest. Many customers love how their hair came out and thank the staff. Sally Beauty is recommended.

Katrina is the best. She helped me an even wrote down step by step what I should do. She's nice, polite an knowledgeable. I LOVE how my hair came out. Thank you ?
