Bakery experience was worst. Ordered one cake and found exactly the opposite. Had to drove somewhere else to pick another one at the last moment.

Their a great pharmacy, very attentive knowledgeable. I switched over from CVS on Boston st. Because of their poor service all around at their pharmacy. Stop&Shop has been great! I Recommend! Shauna Walker.

This evening apps 7:00 pm I checked out with a balance of $ 92.08. When I got home my wife put the groceries away. A couple hours later I went looking for some yogurt smoothies I had bought for my 2yr old grandson. Not here. I called the store because they must have been left at the cashier. I spoke with a woman who said they weren’t turned in but she would check. After 5 minutes on hold I was mysteriously disconnected. I called right back and the customer service line has been ringing for 11 minutes and counting. Great customer service

Lady at service desk messed up and paid wrong bill !! They did nothing to help me rich and Lizzy rude and Unprofessional. All I tried to do is make sure it did not happen again I’m done with Stop & Shop I’m never going in there again if I can give it no stars I would
