10/10 experience! The shop has new owners and they are very professional. The owner did so well with communicating my concerns with my insurance avoiding me a few phone calls. The owners are very honest and trustworthy, the job gets done very well and in a timely manner. I have recommended a few people and everyone had a good experience and are very pleased.

Went in for a rear bumper and not only did they replace entire bumper when they could have buffed out they replaced the weather strip from the dealer I wasn’t sure how long it would take as I dropped off my vehicle Friday evening my car was ready first thing Tuesday morning I will definitely be back Dimas, Ron and Henry did a phenomenal job

I had an excellent experience with Thibedeau Auto Body! They did a fantastic job fixing my car—everything looks as good as new. The service was top-notch, and their communication throughout the process was outstanding. Do not bring your car here. It's a family run business that literally gave up on its own family. They fight infront of customers, get high while working, can't even pay their employees half the time nor pay for paint/parts without the checks bouncing. Plus it is very shady. They will tell you its a new part but never is. My husband use to work here and was fired because when the woman running it was being abused by her husband he stepped in and she told him to mind his business and get out. I'm so glad he is gone from there. If you can turn your back on family just like that. Imagine how they treat strangers. STAY AWAY!!!

avoid this auto body shop at all costs. They are all scammers, and will steal your money and not fix your vehicle, not a legitimate business. They also scam insurance
