Great venue for a concert, we saw the Beat, 80s King Crimson band featuring Steve Vai, Tony Levin, Adrian Belew and Danny Carey. The sound was perfect and the seating was comfortable. Beautiful theater in the City Hall building in Lynn. Street parking was easy.

Nice venue, but the stadium seating is very tight to be a show from a city of hours the seating became very uncomfortable. I’m an average sized male and became very uncomfortable.

My wife and I went and enjoyed Bret Michaels' Parti Gras with the unexpected pleasure of the venue being a near-perfect setting for the show. We had seats on the floor about a dozen rows from the stage, which gave us a great up-close view of the performance, although being relatively short, my wife had to get a little creative to see over the people directly in front of us. Regardless, the sound was GREAT, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My only suggestion is to avoid the back rows of the lower seating, which puts you underneath the balcony; it may limit your view of the performance.

Great place to see a show. And you can also buy tickets there at their box office thus foregoing the ridiculously high Ticketmaster fees.

It's an auditorium in a City Hall, not the Boston Garden (or whatever they call it now). It's still a great place for It's size. Good parking and food nearby.
