I have rented from Saugus, Peabody and Chelsea but will only to Lynn because the manager always goes above and beyond! “This location rents U-Hauls inside the hardware store with the trucks behind the building. We received help from Al who made the whole experience smooth. From the jump, Al was super friendly and reasonable. He walked us through the paperwork efficiently and made the intimidating rental experience completely stress free. “Moving is never easy, but working with U-Haul of Malden-Route 60 to have our U-Boxes delivered, stored, and ready for our arrival made the process remarkably smooth. The person who truly made the experience exceptional was Andy, who proactively called and texted us to answer questions, confirm details, and ensure everything was in place before we arrived. His communication and customer service gave us confidence during an otherwise stressful move. The location was convenient, well organized, and had everything we needed to make our transition to Boston as easy as possible. “Anthony and the team at the Danvers U-Haul could not be nicer or more helpful. This is a busy, high-volume location, but the place is always clean and efficient, and everyone goes out of their way to help.
I’ve been in and out of this store over the past two months and have seen customers come in stressed and angry and treat the staff poorly. Twice I watched these employees calmly de-escalate the situation and stay professional through it. They truly do their best for every customer.

“We had a very positive experience with TJ Corp/Budget. We needed a cargo van, for a short distance move, that they were able to provide. Process was straightforward. We appreciated the reliability as another Budget location cancelled our reservation with two days notice. Amazon had taken all the cargo vans and weren’t returning them. TJ Corp had several.”

“I went to UHaul to fill a propane tank, had never been there before. I pulled in the entrance and ran into the customer service area. It was busy. I asked a man in a uHaul collared shirt where to go and he walked outside with me and pointed and I specifically asked if I could drive over because there was a do not enter sign and he said yes. I drove over and parked next to the propane and got out with the heavy tanks. A young woman yelled out that I could not park there and I said that I was just told by someone in customer service to pull over here for the propane. She said "you're not special, you don't get to park there."Now, that's not a nice way to speak to a customer, particularly given it is not marked that you cannot park. I moved the car across the street and she made another guy move his truck, didn't tell him that he was not special. Once I got the propane that young man was very pleasant and polite, but someone needs to put up signage about the parking and someone should have a talk with that young woman about how she speaks to customers. The 4 star is because of the other two employees, particularly the young man at propane. If I had based the star on the young woman's treatment it would have been no stars,”
“Big nice moving trucks. Good people working here too. Made all the transactions easy. They have lots of supplies on site, and rental pads too. Drop off after hours on site. Quote was spot on. I like this place and can definitely recommend them. Right off the fellsway, getting on the freeway after picking up was really easy.”
