Lazy front desk worker refused to fill propane. Now I'm going to a different uhaul that confirmed they will fill my propane.

It's okay the trucks were filthy inside the you think they would clean them before they give them to somebody to use everything else was fine.

Unprofessional no communication transferred 2 times After I confirmed my U-Haul, but for the auto transport, I got no assistance and of course I was transferred because it was approaching 8 PM closing time and they don’t wanna deal with people. Called around 4:40 PM today and was told that I would get a callback soon and I was called at 7:40 PM after confirming I was connected to Maine When I was supposed to be connected to the Boston area for further assistance, which I never received.

The store was quite intimidating at first. I was already tense for what lay ahead. My representative was Joann. She is very knowledgeable and concise with her information. I never felt like there were any surprises in the pricing, or eventual cost, which was quite fair. This representative has a great sense of humor; she really has quite a pleasant personality. She was down to earth and made everyone, including other customers in the store feel like they mattered! I will definitely use THIS U-Haul again, very soon actually. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with any rental of ANY sort. Thank you for that!

Money hungry companies!!! Everyone needs to tell them we driving 1,00000 miles because they ask you know you are gonna go over. I’m tired of having to use this commotion they over charge you then they think they can charge your cards weeks, months later!

We were provided a rental truck without functioning headlights. Charged for a dolly which they did not have in stock. Poor and dangerous service

It's really Johann who deserves this 5-star review. I was really struggling with using the app (the weekend after the crowd strike debacle) to pick up my truck early in the morning, with movers on the way. She arrived over 30mins early and only because of her, I was able to get into my truck in time to get home before the movers. She truly went the extra mile early on a Sunday morning.
