Very disrespectful, Rude etc... As a Government employee, He is put on a higher standard, he's a public servant and they way he treated my friend is totally ridiculous!!! Our tax money is the reason he is employed.... I don't feel safe for her

Terrible service! Been waiting a week for a pkg to be picked up. After speaking to a supervisor and guaranteed it will be picked up. Pkg is still here. SMH

I am very angry I put a box for NY and it turns out that after 10 days the box arrived but in Fresno Tx, which according to the person moved and changed the postal address. It is a mistake by the office that they sent it to a very different state than the one it was supposed to arrive at and I went where I put it and they told me to call the person where it arrived and maybe they will help you send it again. What a joke if someone knows what they can do and help me. It was a lot of my baby's clothes that I sent to a relative for their future baby, more than 30 lbs of newborn clothes.

I've had multiple good expericence's there with a hispanic woman named Juana who always helps out me and my grandparents. Let this not reflect her.
I went in today and this man was incredibly haughty with me, I made a mistake it's my first time applying for an adult passport and instead of trying to be helpful he was full of sarcasm and attitude as if I was ruining his day.

Maple street with Pat was 5 star, She never blabbed with every customer. If someone ask a question she moved them out of the way and serviced the next person while answering. She was the best, and so were those that worked with her. The worst is the one at Market Basket and the Main Willow street. I would go to Saugus sometimes so I would not have to wait. For some reason they never seem to get any decent window coverage. God Pat is missed as Maple street is now going in the direction of the worst as they throw new people without real training.

My husband went to get a money around 1:45 April 22. A dark skin male behind the counter accused my husband of spitting on the money which my husband did not do. The post office clerk came from behind the counter and got in my husband's face.
