Subject: Complaint about Poor Customer Service at Walgreens PharmacyDear Walgreens Customer Service,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the customer service I received at one of your Walgreens pharmacy locations. On 09/25/23 I visited the Joyce Walgreens pharmacy store to seek assistance with my prescription, and I had an extremely unpleasant experience.The individual who was assigned to assist me, a young lady whose name I unfortunately did not catch, exhibited a level of rudeness and lack of manners that left me quite taken aback. Her demeanor was unprofessional, and she appeared disinterested in helping me. Her tone of voice and choice of words were disrespectful and did not align with the level of service I have come to expect from Walgreens.I understand that everyone can have off days, but such behavior from a customer service representative is unacceptable. I believe it's important for all employees, especially those in direct contact with customers, to exhibit courtesy, patience, and professionalism at all times.I hope that this incident is not indicative of the overall service standards at Walgreens, as I have been a loyal customer for a considerable amount of time. I trust that Walgreens takes customer feedback seriously and will take the necessary steps to address this issue.I kindly request that you investigate this matter further, and I would appreciate it if you could provide me with feedback on the steps being taken to prevent such incidents in the future. Excellent customer service is a key factor in retaining loyal customers, and I believe this issue deserves your immediate attention.Thank you for taking the time to review my complaint. I look forward to hearing from you soon and hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.

I walk in for a passport photo for my kid (4yearsold) and he waited 10+ no one showed up , let me mention that the cashier called the person, manager walked by and just said to call the employees by the names to the cashier. I was ignored for 20 minutes but it’s ok I wasn’t in a hurry and I’m the one needing service.The girl looked bothered to do her job and was rude at all times. Long story short the girl came took the picture I pay and left. Since I don’t learn my lesson I came back with my 18 months old for the same service. Waited Again ( I need the service ) someone came and told me that they only do passports pictures to kid 5 and older not babies. No body asked me my son age the first time I was there earlier in the morning( my 4 years old ). I didn’t see no paper that say anything like that but I didn’t want to argue and left. I won’t be wasting time here

Pharmacy staff are very personable and are very busy all of the time! They have never been rude or unprofessional to me. If you do your best to be courteous they are very reasonable!

The worst Walgreens I’ve been to they never open up on time and they are slow all the time at the registers. They need to find people who will open up this place on time. Says they open at 8 Am and it’s almost 9 and they are not open

After being on the phone for 20 minutes where they would answer and keep on putting me on hold I had to go in person to where they were only assisting one person in front of them. I’m speaking to the pharmacist apparently my prenatal vitamins weren’t sent then upon a second look apparently that appeared so I ended up going the whole weekend without because clearly people can’t check correct. They didn’t check thoroughly now I have to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes besides going the weekend without it.
