every time I come to this western union I get a hard time by the employees everything has to be so difficult last time I was there the lady which job is giving clients hard time, it is not to help the customer. She didn't give me the money I was receiving because my second last name was not in my license but the first name and the first last name was just as my friend put it on paper. I dont understand why if Im giving you the tracking number and my authentic ID with my names on it you can’t help ? even though I show her pictures of my old ID which had my second last name world place to send or receive money if you have a choice dont go there. if you dont have any choice i recommend to use the app. Incredible how the app give better customer experience than a real person.

Horrible service! While there was a long line waiting, those ladies kept talking in the back of the windows and did not care how long their customers have been waiting!

This place takes advantage of the most vulnerable desperate people in this country, poor working people. After cashing at this place for YEARS. Hundreds of checks, I got a loan from my employer for $4500, now the rate for a loan check is already really high at 5.25% $230 and it's posted on the wall. I didn't have my ID on me at first so they wouldn't cash it,which is understandable so I went home and got my ID which was expired but still a legitimate photo ID and went back only to have them tell me they we're going to charge me $450 to cash it. That's 10%. After this whole fiasco that took about 2 hours and me getting angry they said 8% final offer to which I said gimmie my check back and GFY. They make up these rates and try and see how desperate you are to cash it. They don't care about customers they just want to take your money.I will never step foot in that place again and you shouldn't either and it's a shame because Kimberly (who was on vacation at the time) is a great person and treats customers as they should be treated. Maybe Fox 25 or 7 news could do a story on how much this place screws people and how much drug money the send to South America.
