The staff at this location is so friendly and helpful! Always attentive to ask for help and also helping with styling and making decisions, as that is always tough when there’s so many cute options!Victoria has helped me on multiple visits with finding the right sizes for me, picking out outfits, and if needed ordering something online like a Tall pant that isn’t in store, she makes the whole process easy and fun! Thank you and the entire team for always being so helpful!!

I was in dire need of a workout outfit. Amy from Boston Jumps was also there getting her staff situated before the class. This was a great store. I will not hesitate to go back.

This evening I had a shopping experience in your store that was really wonderful. I'm currently 40 weeks (9 months) pregnant and came in to find some comfortable athletic shorts to wear postpartum. I had the kind of pregnancy where I gained over 50 lbs and went from a size XS to much larger - I wasn't even sure what size could possibly fit me. I walked into your store and was greeted by a young woman who for the first time in many months made me feel welcome, normal, and seen. I wish I got her name, she was lovely. For the first time in forever I didn't leave a retail store feeling like I was going to cry. She recommended a few flattering styles and I am more than grateful for this experience.

I recently received and email asking me for feedback following a visit to the Market St location. The response I received only magnified the poor customer service within this company. Low stock , poor customer service and zero problem resolution. I can't even blame lack of staff for their issues be the store had 5 employees on the day I went which was a Monday and midday . They were just inept all around . The clothing is great , too bad 90% of what I went in to purchase was not available.

The clothing is such good quality and they offer alterations if something doesn't fit right. The staff is always warm and welcoming even my husband was impressed the first time I dragged him in there.
