“They moved to a different location within Market St. They're across from the Barnes & Noble, California Pizza Kitchen area. Much bigger now! They needed the space if you ask me!”

“Delicious and beautiful cake. They were able to stay open a few extra minutes so I could pick this up last minute for my girlfriend’s birthday. Very friendly service and the cake was a show stopper in flavor!”

“Can't believe I've lived in Andover since 1983 and have never been here. The adventure began with the aroma of chocolate when you walk in - amazing. I did a quick jog through the candy store and vowed to take my granddaughters here during their next visit. Next ordered lunch: chicken BLT which was so fresh. Bacon was crispy and they remembered to not add guacamole. Next came the sundae: their list in-house of flavors that are made on site doesn't match the online list (butter crunch ) but the substituted butter pecan was delicious. My only complaint of the day was that the rich, flavorful butterscotch sauce was room temp and not at all heated. All staff were friendly and attentive. Everything felt nostalgic which was so nice. I'll be back.”

“Best chocolate by far. Superior in quality and taste. Pecan turtles, fudge, figaro. Better that other higher priced, well-known candy companies. Everything is fresh.”

“They are so kind here! Every time I’ve come there has been a different person working, and every single one of them gave me great customer service. The sweet treats are extremely affordable, and you cannot beat the old fashioned fountain soda for only a buck! There are so many different ice cream flavors too, and assorted candies that will bring you back to childhood. Highly recommend to anyone.”

“I told my wife and kids that I would take them somewhere special but I didn't reveal where until that day. When I finally told them where we were going, a candy factory, they looked at me like "? ?" wait what. I told them I know a few people ? LOL..The last time I saw Sean at the barbershop, I asked him if I could stop by his family business and show my kids. He said absolutely bring them on by. Well let me tell you, we went to the most amazing place, Brian Smillie Candy. We are friends so we were able to get a guided tour by Sean the son of Brian, owner of the factory. Just want to throw that out there so you are not expecting a tour as well ?Recently opened to the public so if you have to make a candy bar for party or something this is the place you want to go! All products sold by the pound, minimum of 5lbs. This place has candy I haven't seen since I was a kid. Things like Cow Tales, Lemonheads, Laffy Taffy's, FunDip's and gumballs like the ones I used to get out of a machine. This is just to name a few but they have options for days. They have these gummy lobsters, cows and pigs that they are well known for. This is a must get. They are perfect in my opinion, not too hard or too chewy and sweetness was just right. We really enjoyed walking around and looking at everything and learning all the history about the place and products, Brian was very informative and patient with all 4 of us. Definitely repeat business for me. And I will let all my friends, family and clients know where to go to get wholesale candy products. And finally, thanks again to Brian and his family. We appreciate the time you spent with us!Check out my pictures and short video. Enjoy!”

“A coolest place to get candy; most of the chocolates are made locally in towns in the Eastern Massachusetts area. The store itself is crowded with stuff to buy; but brings insurmountable joy to anyone who goes in. I always leave with some chocolate-covered raisins or a box of chocolate creams.”

“Solid muffins. Friendly staff. Cute little shop! Main downside is how they've got limited parking, but they're definitely some of the best muffins I've had in a while. Would probably visit again if I'm ever in the area”

“Arthur's is an old family bakery that still makes everything from scratch, including the whipped cream and custard filling. Their lobster claws are the best I've ever eaten. love the whipped cream cakes. its real whipped cream so eat it up quickly. If you go to the West Medford store, see Vickie. She's amazing, very sweet, and so helpful.”

“Is it expensive? Sure. But alllll the candy was SUPER FRESH. The people working there were extremely friendly and helpful. Between my son and I, we probably got 25 different varieties of candies and they were all very fresh and delicious. Plus they had some super cute toys/stuffies/etc in the back of the store. We will definitely be back!”
