It’s ok, but only seem to stock the fashionable clothes, none of the work clothes are in the shop, only online. I was trying to get a new Chore coat but it’s not available in shop. So no purchase. I would say the assistant was very helpful trying to find something else for me, but I wanted the chore coat, so no sale in the end.

While I love Market Street, there aren’t many toddler-friendly stores. Enter Carhartt, a brand I was familiar with but seldom shopped. Now, it’s a must-visit every time my family and I go to Market Street.
Why? The staff have gone above and beyond to bring joy to my son. When he started to walk, they offered him stickers from a random sticker book someone had behind the cash wrap. This turned into them ordering special stickers for him (and other children now benefit too). He has befriended the entire staff, so much so that if we pass by the store, he asks to go in and see Meg, who started the friendship. She, along with Harry, Max, Sophie, Ryan, etc., have made my son smile from ear to ear. And, because we know how friendly and wonderful they are to him, my husband and I have expanded our wardrobe to include far more many Carhartt pieces.
If all Carhartt stores had the Lynnfield staff, I can only imagine the additional revenue and incredible customer experiences you’d provide.
Thank you to your incredible crew. If you are there, be sure to ask for a sticker for your kiddo.

This location is exceptionally clean and well-organized. Meg and Ryan provided outstanding service and truly exceeded expectations. Ryan went above and beyond to assist us in finding the specific sizes we needed, making our shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. At checkout, Meg was warm, welcoming, and professional, leaving a lasting positive impression. Their dedication to excellent customer service reflects highly on the Carhartt brand—both Meg and Ryan are invaluable assets to the team. Carhartt is really LUCKY to have them!

Prices are a little high but the staff immediately showed me exactly the direction I needed to head to find what I wanted. Helped me get the same hoodie just with a slightly different graphic and as a tradesman that's not my biggest concern. The rain defender built in was more important and at 40% off.

We drove down after visiting the Salem,NH store yesterday and worked with Ben. Ben was very pleasant to work with as we called before we came down. He even called us back after noticing a stain on the coat we were looking to purchase. Thank you so much for the fantastic customer service Ben!

Great store but what makes it stand out the most is the customer service! My husband was looking for some clothes and Andrew was incredibly helpful, patient, and had the best energy. He just seemed happy to be working and like helping us wasn’t an inconvenience at all. He knew about the products and gave great tips and suggestions. We will definitely recommend the lynnfield store to everyone we know. Thank you Andrew!!!!

I’ve been coming to this carthart for about a year since I moved to the area. The manager, has been so friendly and helpful over the past year. I recently went back and noticed she’s been replaced by this very different style of management. Over all, someone laid back, helpful, someone genuine is perfect for this position. l am not getting that same feeling from this new addition to the team. Room for current improvement.

I was having trouble finding winter gear and the wonderful woman that worked there named Meg noticed and ask me if I needed help I told her about a variety of things I wanted and she helped me go through everything and get exactly what I needed I can’t praise her and her service enough 10 out of 10 I am going back for more because of her

I love going to this store TO NEVER GET ANYTHING, No steel toe boots and no hi vis.Is this a joke ? Who are you selling clothes tooSELL STUFF FOR THE WORKING PEOPLE NOT JUST THE FOOT TRAFFIC OF LYNNFIELD ! If you want to a passion fruit colored shirt this is the place for you ! Smh tell your supervisor tell your regional manager step it up because this store sucks

This was a good store, but now they only sell yuppie clothes. No working gear here, no Hi vis other than a couple jackets. Please have a better selection for the working people. " we offer 15% off to union members " To bad you can't get anything like high vis to keep you safe. But if you want to a BBQ colored shirt they have that. What a joke
