I had a rather unpleasant experience at this branch. Upon entering, the staff’s first question was about my age instead of simply asking for my ID, which felt quite unprofessional. When I provided my age, they then asked for my ID in a manner that seemed unnecessary and awkward.
To add to the discomfort, I noticed that when a man entered shortly after me, the staff immediately stood up to greet him, a courtesy that was not extended to me. I’m not sure why there was such a difference in treatment, but it certainly left a negative impression.
