Went to return clothes that I spent $125 on because they didn’t fit nor did I like the material which I also never wore. Everything was all good after I walked away this round woman decides that it was necessary to spray the clothes as if I stink while making a grossed out face at me. I shower twice a day and always smell good and so do my clothes and considering the fact I never ever worn those makes it seem like it was more racial discrimination that anything. Jan 5th around 4:30. This is who GAP hires ? This is as high as she’ll go low life.

I went to return a $6.99 shirt, and Colleen the manager wouldn't accept it due to a 30 day return policy. She could have used a manager override to accept it, so their system would allow it, but she gave me a lame excuse about them having to accept everyone's items over 30 days if they accept mine. That lack of common sense courtesy will prevent me from coming to that Gap again. This is unique to the manager Colleen, as GAP gives her the ability to use her discretion, and she doesn't have the courage to do so.

Took my daughter here for new cloths as we had a coupon to use. One would have to have an advanced degree in mathematics to understand the discount process. They had a bunch of items marketed as BOGO50. The receipt does not reflect this what so ever. They claim I saved $120 but I feel they took a bit of my family’s soul with the marketing deception. May we all heal from this and have the courage to shop again safely one day.

Terrible shopping experience every single time I come here. They lock their doors early and scream at you when it’s time to close. I was looking around at 8:55 and a worker came around the corner and SCREAMED to the entire store that they were closing in two minutes and that we needed to bring our items to the front to check out. She repeated this multiple times at a very loud volume. Needless to say, I did not buy anything and likely will not be returning to this location.
