My latest obsession is the jewelry at Gorjana in Lynnfield MA. The fine jewelry is delicate and elegant. The fashion jewelry has a gorgeous golden tone and is so stylish & classy. The only thing better than the jewelry is the amazing experience of shopping in there. These girls treat you like a best friend. They are so sweet & accommodating. They really make your happiness with your purchase their priority. They will go above & beyond every time ( and I am in there very often) to make sure you find the perfect piece to fit your collection (going to need a bigger jewelry box lol) . Always a bright smile & kind word always happy to see you! Hard to find this type of customer service anywhere anymore. Check it out when you are in the area

The customer service in the Lynnfield Gorjana jewelry store is outstanding. You will leave completely happy with your purchase. These girls give you their full attention and time to make sure you leave there with the perfect piece or in my case pieces . The durability, color & design of the pieces are perfection. I have never experienced such unreal service while shopping! I want to personally thank veronica and kayleigh, these girls helped me pick out gorgeous pieces for myself and my mother. I went in unsure what I wanted and left with amazing finds. The staff took their time to personally assist me when it was busy, I honestly felt like they were my friends vs workers. I got a stunning new cross bracelet for me and my mother - so so special! So many pretty jewelry items to select from and they're worth the price!! I will forever be wearing pieces from the fine collection and I will forever shop directly at this location!! such a great team and a great store I will be a gorjana customer forever!!!!

Daughter loves their jewelry so we took her here for her birthday. It was empty given it was near closing time. Staff was very friendly and helped her with making her selection. Even helped her put the bracelet on and wear out. The store is clean and organized. Seating available for those that are waiting for others that are shopping. The jewelry is nice and never had any issues with tarnishing or breaking.
