Waited4 and 1/2 hours for a planned oil change and suggested 3 tires replaced. 11:30 appointment finished at 4! F word flying out back in work area heard from wait area. Meeting above lots of yelling and again F word.not a good look at all.

No communication that my car would not be ready that evening. Excuse received of "meeting ate the day away" was not acceptable of why no communication.

The heater still doesn’t work properly. It works intermittently and then the car gets cold. I suppose I’ll have to bring it back for another try this week
