WOW--we had an incredible experience when Kendra Scott Lynnfield hosted a Kendra Gives Back event with us to benefit Great Dog Rescue New England for National Dog Day! Liz and Krista were so kind and helpful during the setup and breakdown of our events, and the staff was incredible serving all of our guests (canine and human!). I had the wonderful opportunity to talk to Liz, who is one of the store supervisors and I can only say remarkable things about her. Her mannerisms, personality and even just her bubbly outlook on life wise fantastic to have over the phone. I was having difficulties placing an online order, after calling the 1-800 number I was told it might be best to call a store.I will tell you, I was very lucky to get this woman who helped me. She made things so easy, and even made suggestions. I definitely will be calling back again for future purchases.

Incredibly knowledgable and super friendly staff, this location is a must! We dropped by and were absolutely blown away by the incredible selection of beautiful jewelry and the exceptionally friendly staff. This was our first visit and definitely won't be our last to this location as we are super fans of this brand!

I actually didn’t physically shop in this store but rather over the phone to get an item shipped to my house. I received THE BEST customer service from Lizz and Molly!! They were so friendly and genuine and helped me find and ship a pair of earrings that I needed by a certain day. I will definitely make it a point to stop by if I’m in the Lynnfield area! Thanks, again :)
