clothes are genuinely super itchy sometimes, and the fitting rooms don’t have locks on them. I don't understand how you can make so much money but not have a simple lock on doors? Over all, A bad rating although the staff are nice.

I have never had such a positive in-store shopping experience at any store. I have not shopped at loft before, but will be back because of my experience today. The sales associates, specifically Julie, was amazing and clearly cared about my customer/shopping experience.
