Visited the Nike store at MarketStreet Lynnfield on Oct 11, 2025 around 11:45am. My husband, a loyal Nike customer, was trying on a display shoe when an employee who identified as the store manager Dan, told him he couldn’t do that. When my husband said he didn’t know, the manager asked, “So no one ever told you that you can’t try on a shoe from the display?” My husband said, “No.” Then he asked, “Where are you from?” My husband replied, “Puerto Rico.” The manager said, “That’s the problem! Here in the States you don’t do that. You’re lucky I’m telling you this, because in other Nike stores you could be in trouble.”
It felt like Dan forgot this was a Nike store and acted as if it were his own business. The comment was discriminatory, inappropriate, and humiliating in front of other customers. We left feeling unwelcome and disrespected.
We left without making the purchase and will never put a step here again.

Excellent customer service! Michael was awesome taking the time to go over sneakers options for my daughter, taking correct sizes and making recommendations. Super friendly!

Wow What a sales team! Their recommendations are right on top of things. They're really great. I enjoyed my shopping experience and I have great new Kix and an awesome T-shirt that's comfy and high quality. I can't ask for anything better than the experience I had.... the two sales guys were awesome. Thank you guys. I really appreciate it.

Useless store, useless employees, horrible selection--especially for kids. I've seen more Nike merch at Kohl's than at their own store. What an embarrassment.

Sam was amazing at this location he was helpful on the phone and when I arrived at the store had my product waiting for me communicated with my son about basketball was very professional. Would definitely come back to this Nike location again thank you Sam for a wonderful experience
