I have 2 storage units in the Lynnfield mass location and I am writing to let people know about my experience there. The property manager there Pam is the best. She is always helpful to me and goes above and beyond . She is very professional and has a great attitude. I highly recommend this place because of her to be honest.

I had a very long drive from Kentucky, and mixed up my registration papers. I drove from Boston back and forth and at one point was stuck in traffic for a very long time. Pam went above and beyond to help me and made sure that I had the right registration papers, made sure the storage unit door was working correctly and showed me how to use the locks.
I had a very stressful day and Pam really helped me out by having a storage space for me and showing me the ropes. Great place, and Pam was amazing.
