SOLSTICE POWER YOGA offers Inferno Pilates and Yoga classes that leave you feeling great. The studio is well-loved for its space, including the high windows. Teachers are motivating and patient, offering modifications for all levels, from beginners to advanced students. The studio also hosts fabulous retreats.
Just took my first class with Keri and I’m already hooked. Her energy is unmatched, she’s hilarious, and she somehow makes an incredibly challenging workout feel fun. The class flew by and I can’t wait to come back!
