Terrible experience at this store. Brought some shirts for return and employee told me they were final sale when they were not. He asked me to bring it back to the original store which was very far away. He gave an attitude before the manager confirmed that the items were not final sale.

Terrible experience here yesterday. My husband owns dozens of V V sweaters, shirts, and pants: he loves the quality and service. Not at this store! He went to return some items he bought 2 weeks ago and was treated contemptuously by a bearded manager who was extremely rude to him because he had untied the tags before trying on the items. We usually shop at Chestnut Hill and have always been impressed by the service. He was going to buy several new shirts but he walked out and won't be back.

Staff very helpful. I went in here to return they were nice and were able to give me store credit. The ordeal probably only lasted a few minutes. I shopped around for a bit after as well. I loved the vibe of the store. The raw wood doors were nice. 4 stars due to cost.
