I had my phone stolen abroad. After multiple extremely stressful days with no help from my bank or anybody, I was expecting to be disappointed again. Jen was absolutely a breath of fresh air! Seriously, it was like an angel came to help us. She helped me get a temporary phone so I could call my bank, file an insurance claim, and start recovering my accounts. Thank you Jen for helping me out!!

Extremely Disappointed with this shop and Agent’s Misinformation and Poor Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by you. Furthermore, I was shocked to discover unauthorized charges on my account. The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism demonstrated by your staff is simply unacceptable.

I’ve being going to this AT&T store for almost 3 years after switching from Verizon. I’ve bought an iPad, AirPods, and 4 iPhones over the years here. Jen and Mauricio always provide top notch service. From explaining my bill, the trade in options or simple apple questions. Their patience and diligence to help is greatly appreciated.

It has been months and this location still discriminates against cash buyers. I reported it to the attorney generals office.Section 10A: Discrimination against cash buyersNo retail establishment offering goods and services for sale shall discriminate against a cash buyer by requiring the use of credit by a buyer in order to purchase such goods and services. All such retail establishments must accept legal tender when offered as payment by the buyer.

I was misinformed twice inside this store. The employee Helvin simply said that even though the misinformation had been made inside ATT. There was nothing he could do. Helvin was rude and disrespectful. Unlike all the employees at this store. It's a shame to have employees like him in the store.

Not the best Customer Service person I saw. All they are interested in is doing what they think is best. Don't take the time to listen to the Customer. When they do things went better.

Many retail employees are underpaid and depend on sales commissions. I went to the store one hour before closing with a port-in issue that took a long time after the store closed. Terell H helped enormously in solving the problem. Terell’s service exceeded what I expected from a typical retail employee, especially after the store closed. Five stars!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Amgad (AJ) the store manager, and Jennifer the sales consultant. When I brought my new phone in, I .was distraught because I couldn't seem to charge it ( the charger wouldn't fit). The Verizon store across the street wouldn't even look at my phone, and told me they don't make those chargers anymore. Really?? They don't make lightning chargers anymore?? At AT&T I was greeted very quickly and warmly. Jennifer saw what the problem was right away - there was something stuck in the charger port. They went and got the proper tools and were able to remove the piece of the old charger that had lodged in there. I was SO relieved that it was something so simple, since I didn't have a replacement phone. I promised them a great review and here it is. AJ and Jennifer represent what amazing customer service is - thank you!
