What a bad customer service, I called for information about a photo order, and one of the employees answered me that she didn’t have time to be reviewing orders because she was busy? So how are you not going to have time to help one of your customers?

Me my sister who is African American , and cousin were at this CVS earlier today and they accused my sister of stealing chips and told us to leave we infact were not stealing and felt very uncomfortable by the way my little sister is 10 years old this is not professional at all , also once my older cousin which is white spoke up and stood up for her she laid off and told us that we had to hurry up and get out which gave us more time but we still felt very uncomfortable and decided to leave.

Walk in, really gotta pee, wait 10 minutes for a female employee to walk out of the men’s room and tell me I can’t use the restroom it’s for employees only. Go to the toothpaste which is locked behind a glass window, press the button for help, stand there for 10 minutes with no help, press the button a handful of times, 15 minutes later someone comes over and hands me the toothpaste. Locking it up behind a case, having an employee unlock it, hand it to the customer, and walk away prevents theft? Go to the soap, again locked behind a case.

There is an African American woman who didn't have a badge (so I don't know her name), she definitely needs some customer service training. She is not friendly at all and doesn't seem to enjoy her job.

They have way too many things locked away and when you press that button you can easily wait over 5-10 minutes for someone to unlock the case. I shouldn't have to wait for candy...

They didn’t have my prescription in stock and the pharmacist raised his voice at me as if it was my fault and I was ruining his day. I just asked what I should do. I’ll take his advice and switch to Walgreens.

Impossible to actually shop here because everything is locked up and it takes the employees a business day to come open the cases

Always pretty efficient at the pharmacy. Wish normal checkout was faster though, often a 5 person line and only one person behind the counter. I miss the robot cashier speed
