I went into the pharmacy on Saturday February 8 2025 about 10 am.. The one and only pharmacy tech that was working, that assisted me was very rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this particular pharmacy!!!!

The pharmacist and assistant their are so rude for unprofessional if you can go to the CvS on ferry street because they hang up the phone on you and it’s very sad especially of you are taking care of a sick mom the last thing you need is unprofessional people who can’t do their jobs or unhappy at their jobs.

The pharmacist is rude inconsiderate and condescending. She always has an attitude , prescriptions are never ready and has no problem telling you to have a seat it's gonna be 15 to 20 minutes. It takes about 20 minutes to get through on the phone so while waiting I dialed CVS and watched them all sit there and talk and ignore the phone while not one customer other than myself was in the store. She finally picked up the phone and said cvs pharmacy please hold and put the phone back on hold and went back to doing what she was doing. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I'm transferring to another pharmacy where they are professional, respectful and are considerate to customers and their time. Stay away from this pharmacy.

I use this location because it is in close proximity to my home. Most of the servicing needs I have are covered by this location, especially my prescribed medication with their drive-thru feature.

I come here all the time for prescriptions and personal care items. I asked the cashier if I could use the restroom as I have been on the road stuck in traffic for hours. I was literally almost peeing my pants! The cashier denied my request. I walk back to the pharmacy section and ask the pharmacist if I could use the restroom. She let me in with no hesitation. And that’s the only reason my review is getting 3 stars instead of 1. The pharmacists are always in a rush whenever I call , which I guess is to be expected if they are busy. This isn’t the best or the worst.

I WISH I could put a -0 for this store. TRIGGER WARNING (intimate context)I went to this CVS on my trip to visit my family to pick up some last minute items and ended up needing to use the restroom.As I walked in, I asked the pharmacist to use the restroom which with no hesitation she let my fiancé and I in. I ended up starting my period and realized I needed tampons, so I went to grab tampons and before I knew it I was starting to bleed through. I frantically went back to said pharmacist who at the time was busy, and told a supervisor to let me in. A supervisor then allowed me in once again, and as I was about to open the door, a pharmacy tech who was SITTING DOWN EATING, said “Are you a customer or something?” I replied “Yes.” she replied “Yeah.. cause you took such a long time the last time and that’s only for employees to use.” I replied “okay, well someone gave me permission to use this restroom, so are you saying I am not allowed?” which she responded with “well, I guess if someone said you could”.Mind you, I’m quite literally bleeding during all of this and just wanting to use the restroom. Why she questioned me, the time I was in there, when there is a SECURED CODE to even be let in… so someone had to have let me in… is beyond me.I brought this to the cashiers attention who didn’t seem to care at all, saying “I don’t know who you spoke with so I don’t know what to tell you, but I can walk you back there” … to which she brought me to the pharmacist who told me “well, you can only use it if you buy something” … which 1. I did, and 2. she let me in the bathroom TWICE. So as I’m showing her that I bought my items and that I literally BOUGHT the tampons I needed there, she told me to “go back up front and have someone else take care of this” and then waved me away from her and ran to the back, rolling her eyes at me and yelling it across the counter for other customers to hear. I replied and asked her why they had to be so disrespectful, and just try to be nicer to people in the future and all of them whipped their necks at me and rolled their eyes again.As I approached the front, the cashier was telling the manager on staff what had happened (the manager that also let me use the restroom) and he ignored me on my way out.This was a disgusting experience and I’d love to see any of them be treated like that in a store they’re purchasing from. All over me simply using the restroom.
