Awesome and easy experience. Was buying my first car and found a used 2013 Chevy Cruze on Cargurus listed for sale here. Came and checked it out and around an hour later walked out with a down payment and the car sold. There were a few minor problems with the car we noticed while test driving it which were quickly and effortlessly fixed. Kevin helped a ton with all the paperwork and registration which made the process very fast and I was able to drive the car off the lot 100% fixed in under a week. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced especially compared with other dealerships. Overall great, simple, fast, and effortless experience. Would 100% recommend

The process was straight forward and easy. We bought from out of state and they made the transaction seamless - driving the car up to us so that we could register it in our hometown. We would definitely recommend Dealer One Motors to anyone looking for a used car!

I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT buy cars from this dealership. Purchased a 2011 STI from them in 2018. Within 3 months the engine seized. Literally 3 days after the lemon law expiration, they refused to help or compensate, only recommended a mechanic that was a Meineke a block down the street. These are awful people. I repeat, DO NOT buy cars from these people.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, they are fraudulent, they will sell you a broke down card and when you confront them they will yell at you, notice how they keep saying they have no record of a customer when they complain on ******* and that ********** who left a review is their employee *SHOCKER*!!! They will not take accountability, bring your money to another dealership dont bring it at dealer one and get spit at. I will be exposing all of yall on all social media. Professional scammers and thieves!

Don’t ever Buy a car from here.I purchased a vehicle less than 60 days ago and it needs thousands of dollars worth of work. Worst car dealer ship ever. Stay far away, dealer one motors is a SCAM dealership!

Paid top dollar for a used car from this dealership. Car was found to have bad tires and loose exhaust issue in the front end at test drive. Dealership did take $500 off the list price and provided new tires (least expensive tires possible) they were supposed to fix the exhaust issue but their mechanic simply used JB Weld and it was uncovered around 2K miles later when a check engine light came on that this technique was used. I was disappointed to find out they didn’t repair the exhaust like promised before delivery the vehicle and just temporary JB welded the problem leaving us to figure it out later at additional cost.

As far as car dealerships goes, my experience here has been very good. They were very helpful getting me approved for a low-interest loan. The car has also been good too, no real problems yet.
