Awful customer service. I was left on hold for 45 minutes after asking a simple question (when is the next shipment). I called on 3/11 at 2:30pm. The person in the phone was rude. Awful treatment, dont use if you dont have to.

This place needs to be reported to whomever allowed them to pretend that they are qualified to have anything to do with anything medical in any way whatsoever...
Seriously, 1 mistake is allowed. 2 mistakes for the same script is questionable, especially when 1ml syringes are being filled as 20ml and nothing is ever received. Yet, when this occurs multiple times, every month and nothing is ever received, not 20ml but most importantly the 1ml syringes required to administer a life saving medication, is completely unacceptable. Use caution and do not choose to use this business for anything medical...

I wish 0 was an option. They stopped delivering a family formula without calling to tell them that their shipment had been canceled. They said it was because their insurance was inactive....it was in fact active. I got hung up on by a very rude and abrupt women when I asked why they wouldnt call to inform a family that their shipment of formula was canceled. The formula was for a premature baby.

Not one bit delightful. Horrible. I find my experience, (my family's experience), precisely echoed with definite, emphatic, and surprising resonance by each and every other comment of serious dissatisfaction posted here. Customer service is handled generally by the company president, Anthony Udeh, so it seems there's no hope for improvement for the operation. Notice how several comments here as of this date are comments posted by Udeh relatives singing praises for the Udeh operation.

Totally not recommend this company. I ordered an foot brace from this company and they sent me an oversized one. I called them and they replied that the only size they had. No return and told me to try another company. Very rude and unprofessional. At the end of the call, they just simply hanged up the phone.
