To make a sad day worse we can to this dollar tree to buy balloons to have a small memorial for a loved one we liss this time last year. Before my wife got to the car one of the balloons released from the attached string because it wasn't secured properly.
To add insult to ignorance my son's went to explain what happened and was charged for the replacement.
Not only in the manager to inept to secure a balloon she expects the customers to pay for.
I know dollar tree is bottom of the barrel the experience shouldn't be.
After all if you weren't a for profit business why open your doors.
1.00 oops 1 .25 or 100, 000 people expect empathy kindness appreciation. Bigger store have gone out of business because they forgot who they work for.

Mind your attitude! Something wrong with the management in this store. That privileged senior manager's manner of singling out certain customer to embarrass based on wrong imaginary conviction and to check on his credit card when this manager opened out another line definitely reminds me of my college professor (from UK) depiction of South Africa's "good" old days.

Place is a mess. Disorganized, floors and shelfs filthy dirty, staff blocking isles and not even saying sorry nor having good customer service. Baskets are all over the place items are in the wrong places. Please see photos for reference.

I went to the dollar tree today to buy one item and ended up spending 48 dollars. I always find stuff in there that I didn't know I needed. LOL! The lines are always too long. But they are hiring if anyone out there wants to become a cashier there to help us dollar tree addicts to get out of the store faster. I'll be back soon!
