No stars deserved provided a dangerous unsafe car so much road salt on windows could barely see out had to buy a gallon of washer fluid to clean the windshield and pay for a car wash to see out the side windows, then right rear tire was at 22-psi others at 40-psi very unsafe all the way around...

Twice I tried to rent a van from this branch, and after being told it was available, when I arrived , they said there were no cars.

After being told my reservation was confirmed I was unable to rent a car. I was told a car was available for me last night, and was unable to get one today. DO NOT COME HERE

Brandon is very rude and not helpful at all I have a car that smells like a pack of cigarette smoke and I Asthma I asked him if they can switch me out of the car because this branch is the only car that has this car available they said let me check and hung hung up on me I called back and they told me they got rid of all there cars smh worst experience

The place laughed at a disabled couple, called em all sorts of names made them feel inferior of you use this place remember to not let em know you have disabled people if so they'll definitely call the cops on your disabled friends seen it a few times
