I work at a small nonprofit; Minuteman Press in Malden takes care of our needs. They have helped us with logo placement, custom letterhead, and full color projects/reports. They always make sure we have the perfect paper for our projects, reports, etc (even special ordering paper to help us match some legacy documents.) The customer service is EXCELLENT! If you are not local to Malden, they are worth the trip!

Eric White was quick to respond, respectful, knowledgeble and all around helpful. 10/10 - I wish Eric could help me in every service area.
He scheduled packages to arrive on specific dates for a conference. Quickly communicated package dims and weights that I needed for transit. Great service - can't recommend enough.

I LOVE Minuteman Press in Malden, MA - I am a entertainer and do a great deal of self promotion. I make posters and save the date cards ALL the time and Minuteman always takes my requests and go above and beyond. It's been a helpful tool to fill my events.

New owner Mark Shipley and Eric are top tier professionals who clearly take pride in the way they interact with and support their customers from concept to final printed product. Not only did Mark honor our original quote, but he and his team found a way to give us our preferred binding for our church's 96-page, 110th anniversary journals at an affordable price! Their print quality fully captured our graphic designs and exceeded our expectations.They were patient with our extended deadlines and treated our project as if it was *their* baby every step of the way! I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience with them. The first printing was such a success we sold out and they did a 2nd printing! Our then media team lead & graphic designer, Tamika and myself (110th anniversary historian & journal editor) were overjoyed with the final product!
