Nova Adventure Park offers a great experience for families, with many visitors returning often. The staff is communicative and extremely kind, going beyond words to ensure children feel safe and have fun. They are super inclusive, cheering on autistic kiddos and making visits special. The park is clean, with good pricing and parking. It has everything, including bouncy ball pits, zip lines, arcades, and an explore playground, beating any place around. However, some areas were a bit dirty, and the washroom facilities were not properly maintained, with wet floors and dirty toilets making the experience uncomfortable. Overall, it remains a good experience with a fun atmosphere.
Exceptional place! My kids stayed for hours there and wanted to go the next day again. So much to do. The price is fair as well. The only thing is bring grippy socks. If you don't have them they will not let you in and make you buy theirs, which are not the best quality.

The Malden location is great. Large % of the staff seem totally disinterested, neutral or borderline annoyed to work with kids. No personality or enthusiasm whatsoever. In particular the slide area with the pads. The little kids shouldnt be lugging the pads up those stairs. $24/hr they should be helping out.

Kids had a blast and no waits to get on anything. Will staffed and organized.
