They gave me my dog bleeding for a nail cut and the place doesn’t smell good, they don’t show you the place it has a big wall and your can’t see where will be your puppy.

I left my Baby Pug with Gabriel and his team for 6 nights. It was the best experience for her and for me. I could enjoy my vacation with the peace of mind that my girl was in good hands. I received updates about her activities and how she was during the days. I definitely have playful paws as my trust place to leave my baby when I need to be away. I highly recommend their day care as well. The dogs are well taken care and separated by size, to ensure they are going to be safe. Thank you very much for being with my girl and for letting me have a peaceful vacation.

I have brought my 1 yr old pup to this daycare a few times. The first few times he was happy to be there wouldn't even say goodbye to me. Last time tho, when I picked him up I noticed he seemed very skiddish of even me ? Which is not like him at all. I figured maybe he was just over tired. Today when I went to drop him off he turned around and didn't even want to go in the second he saw the man open the door. They practically forced me out the door and took him when I picked him up again he was EXTREMELY nervous and completely off. I have always seemed sketched out that they won't even let you look around the area, always say "the day was greeeeaaat" no more details at all and has anyone noticed they ALWAYS have availability? There should be rules to how many dogs they can have and they are the cheapest so I'd assume they are busy. All in all I have a terrible feeling about what goes on here. We will not be returning.

very suspicious behavior from the staff; i took my dog for a grooming appointment and he came back quiet, trembling, and with prominent red bruises on his side. when i picked him up, the male staff member immediately rushed to notify me that they didn’t do anything to my dog, without me even opening my mouth. he tried showing me pictures of when the bruise was ‘present at the last appointment’ but there was fur covering the spot, so how is that even discernible? very odd and clearly suspicious behavior. definitely never coming back here again and i know they mistreat people’s beloved dogs, it’s pretty obvious from the other low-rated reviews as well.

I love this daycare so much! Everybody on staff is so friendly, and they take such great care of my dog every single time. When I drop her off, I always know she will be safe for the day because she is in caring and trustworthy hands.Aside from their daycare, they also offer grooming which is an exceptional service.Lastly, while my dog Gracie is a home body, she loves coming here each time she goes.I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for daycare or grooming.Thank you!!

Wandy and the full crew was awesome! I left my puppy Maltese for 11 days and each day they sent videos and pictures as this would be our first time leaving our pup alone. The gave him a groom the day when we picked him up and he was si happy. This place is awesome and the crew really loves the pets that is there. I would highly recomend this place and will be returning there as well.

At first I really liked this place, the staff was friendly and responsive and my dog seemed to have a lot of fun. They're also great with scheduling. I take my dog to daycare weekly so he goes a lot. However in recent weeks before I stopped going, my dog seemed anxious when I went to leave him in the mornings and was always ready to go when I picked him up. He has also started to display reactivity to other dogs (especially larger ones) when he has never had any issues or problems while around me. Previous to this, he was well known for being my neighborhoods friendliest dog. When I asked them if anything happened, they would always just tell me that everything was good. As some previous reviewers mentioned, the staff also runs very hot and cold and can be very rude at times, which I'm hoping is not translating to how they treat the animals. While their pricing is good, I think the lack of accountability or any sort of feedback on what happens during the day with my dog is too big of a risk for my pet.

Most affordable option for day care in the area.The staff are hit or miss. Sometimes quite friendly, other times completely absent and rude. When booking a groom or day care, there's little info given. No info on meals, sleeping arrangements.. you just have to trust them. Can't even see the facilities and there is no camera to watch your dog.My dog has returned with bites on her nose (which is against their control) but even still, the facilities are not the cleanest.After a few visits, we won't be coming back.

Used their daycare service two days in a row , both days my dog came back reeking of urine and feeling greasy or oily to the touch with matted down fur. We figured it was a fluke and decided to give them another shot after bathing the dog the first night. Second time the same thing happened.The whole place smells of urine/cheap cleaning products.Staff is friendly and my dog seemed happy thats why i gave them one star.

I ABSOLUTELY love this place. Not to mention my 10 month old loves it too. They are friendly, caring, and they love dogs. My dog goes out of his mind when he knows he's going and is exhausted when he comes home. Gabriel, Jennifer, Junior, Emily and the girl that is there at night when I pick him up (I forgot her name)are absolutely the sweetest bunch. When I use to take my dog to Red Dog I wasn't happy with them and my dog wasn't to thrilled to go either. And I only know that now because seeing how happy he is when he goes to Playful Paws, says a lot. Always clean too!

I can't say enough about Playful Paws and their staff. My 5 month old Olde English Bulldogge was skiddish on day one, but now runs in, tail wagging, and not looking back. The staff are super friendly. After a day of play, the poor pup passes out within 5 minutes of getting in the car. And most days, I have to carry the moose into the house because he is too tired to walk up the stairs. Dogs sense and know more than we realize, and my pups sheer excitement when I say "doggie daycare" tells me he is being treated very well during the day. Thank you Playful Paws!!!!.
